Step 1: The Strategy Session (The AI Prompt) Open your AI tool. You will ask it to structure your next 3 months using a specific framework (Establish > Optimize > Expand). Paste this prompt:
"Act as a personal growth strategist. I have a mission and habits I want to stick to. Please help me create a '90-Day Adventure Map.'

Please generate a 3-month plan:
For each month, suggest a specific 'Theme' and a fun 'Reward' for completing it."
- Month 1 Focus: Establishing consistency (Keep it simple).

Step 2: The Critical System The most important part of this plan is the review. Ask the AI:

Step 3: Make it Real
- Action: Go to your real calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.).
